Microsoft Corporation is a multinational cooperation that has been producing Windows and Microsoft Office for many years. It is widely used and, whether consciously or not, it has been a part of computer devices. Today, we still use some of the most well-known Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Microsoft is going to rebrand its second legacy software as Microsoft 365, as it announced on its website. To be more specific, they bring everything under Microsoft 365.
They created a brief FAQ on their official website to provide further clarification as they were aware that this statement might cause confusion in certain people.
Over the last couple years, Microsoft 365 has evolved into our flagship productivity suite, so we are creating an experience to help you get the most out of Microsoft 365. In the coming months, Office.com, the Office mobile app, and the Office app for Windows will become the Microsoft 365 app, with a new icon, a new look, and even more features.

According to what Microsoft said, they will consolidate everything under one roof so that people can easily access each of their apps. In addition, they’re intending to transform every Office-related website and app into Microsoft 365 with new features.
Also as the cherry on top, they will continue to offer their iconic applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will be able to download and use them under Microsoft 365.
The changes will go into effect in November 2022.
In general, Microsoft Office is still available. All that has changed is the name, and all of their products are now under one roof. You can keep writing your school project reports as you always have, and you can continue to balance your sales reports as you always have.
